At CleanZura, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, all payments for cleaning services are generally non refundable. Refunds may be considered only under specific circumstances and are subject to approval by CleanZura
General Policy
All bookings are final once confirmed by our team
Payments made for services are non refundable unless a refund is approved by CleanZura
When Refunds May Be Considered
Refunds may be reviewed if services were not provided as agreed
Refunds may be reviewed if CleanZura cancels a booking and you choose not to reschedule
Refunds may be reviewed in other situations at the sole discretion of CleanZura
Approval Process
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@cleanzura.com or by phone at 989-204-9367
Refunds are not automatic and will only be granted if approved by CleanZura management
If a refund is approved, the amount and method of refund will be determined by CleanZura
No Guarantee of Refund
Please note that CleanZura is not liable to provide refunds in all cases
